Those who require a new certificate of Baptism and/or Confirmation, or a Letter of Freedom for Marriage, should complete the appropriate form listed below. Under GDPR legislation, only the subject of the certificate or of the Letter of Freedom may apply for the required document, unless they are under eighteen years of age.
